EU Iran Sanctions: Licensed trade requires information

As part of the EU sanctions against Iran, the EU has imposed additional information requirements regarding the licensing of certain nuclear related goods to and from Iran – i.e. end-use, end-use locations.  The EU has published these requirements in Council Regulation (EU) 2017/964

This regulation amends Council Regulation (EU) 267/2012 and Council Decision (CFSP) 2017/974 amending Council Decision 2010/413/CFSP.
