Brexit: UK Government guidance for Export Controlled Goods in case of “No Deal”

On 23 August 2018, the UK government has published guidance on how export controls will be affected in the event of a no-deal Brexit scenario. The guidance sets out how export licensing would be required for export controlled items, the simplification of licensing regimes and where to get relevant information. 

Well let’s see whether the guidance will be required…
